خذ أنت الدراهم

.مرض القاضي مرضًا شديدًا فتولي بدلا منه كاتب البلدة إلى  أن يتم شفاؤه، وكان ذلك الكاتب غير عادل

.وذات يوم كان (جحا) مارًا في السوق ليشتري لوازم بيته فجاء رجل من خلفه وصفعه علي قفاه صفعة شديدة ساخرًا منه

نظر (جحا) إلى الرجل غاضبًا وقال : ما هذا ؟

.قال الرجل : عفوًا ياسيدي ظننتك أحد أصدقائي الذين أرفع الكلفة بيني وبينهم

.فلم  يتركه (جحا) وساقه إلي دار القضاء

. واتفق أن الرجل كان من أصدقاء الكاتب فلم يأبه أو يخش شيئًا

.بينما أخذ (جحا) يصف للكاتب ما حدث

،ولما سمع الكاتب دعواهما حكم علي (جحا) بأن يصفع الرجل كما صفعه

.فلم يرض جحا بذلك

. قال الكاتب : ما دمت غير راضٍ عن ذلك، فإنني أحكم بأن يدفع لك عشرة دراهم جزاءً نقديًا

.قال الكاتب للرجل : اذهب أنت وأحضر لنا الدراهم ليأخذها، وكأنما يدعوه للهرب

وهكذا أفسح الكاتب المجال لفرار صديقه، وانتظر جحا ساعات علي غير فائدة ؟

.نظر (جحا) إلي  الكاتب فرآه مشغولا في أوراقه فتقدم حتي اقترب منه

.وصفع جحا الكاتب صفعة قوية دوى لها المكان

، قال جحا : ياسيدي الكاتب لا تعجب فإني مشغول جدًا وليس عندي وقت للانتظار وقد أخذت حقي

. وعليك أن تأخذ أنت الدراهم متي يأتي الرجل بها
